This is reported by TASS with reference to the Deputy Spokesperson of the UN Secretary General Farhan Haq.

He said that the office received a recent message from Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov about delays in issuing visas to Russian diplomats.

“The UN continues to search for acceptable solutions to problems within the framework of the agreement on the activities of the headquarters of the organization, in particular on the timely issuance of visas, is in coordination with the host country [US] and the relevant missions of states, including the Russian Federation,” he said.

Haq added that the UN Secretary General and "other representatives of a high-ranking organization" are in contact with the American diplomatic mission on this issue.

Earlier, Russia's Permanent Representative to the UN Vasily Nebenzya said that he had conveyed to the organization's Secretary General António Guterres the demand of the Russian side to launch an arbitration tribunal against the United States due to visa issues.
