Putin Ranked First Class Envoy to Russia's Ambassador to Afghanistan

Alexei Zaitsev, Deputy Director of the Information and Press Department of the Russian Foreign Ministry, was given the rank of Envoy Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the 2nd class.

Earlier, Putin awarded the title of Hero of Labor of the Russian Federation to the head of Gazprom, Alexei Miller.
