Over the past 24 hours, 22,747 cases of COVID-19 have been recorded in Moscow.

Due to the coronavirus, 84 patients died in the capital, and 24,364 recovered after treatment.

Earlier, the head of the Russian Ministry of Health, Mikhail Murashko, said that more than 93% of patients with coronavirus infection in Russia are treated on an outpatient basis.

On February 8, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin announced that the number of cases of infection with the omicron strain of coronavirus in the capital had decreased by 6% over the past week.
