It was at the end of October last year that an Eskilstuna resident was arrested after the police found just over 100 grams of cocaine in his home.

In addition to the drugs, redline bags, scales and notes were found, which according to the prosecutor indicate that there was drug handling in the apartment.

In addition, messages were discovered in the man's telephone indicating that he had been involved in drugs to some extent.

The man admits that he had the drugs in his home but denies that he would hand over the drugs to anyone else.

The man is acquitted from that point.

But the district court in Eskilstuna sentences the man to two years in prison for a serious drug offense.
