After a week of trial, a 34-year-old Turkish boss was sentenced on Tuesday to ten years' imprisonment by the Assize Court of Seine-et-Marne, in Melun, reports Le Parisien.

On October 27, 2018, he killed a 43-year-old undocumented Kazakh who worked for him in Villeparisis, during a brawl he had organized for revenge.

A trap

Earlier in the day, the victim had spoken with his boss to claim his salary.

After getting the check, the Kazakh then left giving him a slap.

The boss had then given him an appointment elsewhere in the evening.

On the spot, accompanied by his brother and eight other men, he violently attacked the victim, until he was killed.

Also heard during this trial, the boss' brother, aged 39, was sentenced to five years in prison, three of which are closed.

The other eight men were acquitted with the benefit of the doubt, claiming to have only witnessed the scene "from afar".
