“At about 2:30 Moscow time, the Israel Defense Forces from the region of the occupied Golan Heights launched a strike with ten surface-to-ground missiles at the positions of the air defense forces of the Syrian Arab Army.
One Syrian soldier was killed and five were wounded," the TsPVS added.
Syrian military and civilian infrastructure has suffered material damage.
Earlier, the Syrian Armed Forces reported that as a result of a strike on Syrian air defense systems, one soldier was killed and five more were injured.
