A 20-year-old man is charged with murder and three men with aiding and abetting murder after the fatal shooting in Notviken where a 25-year-old woman died.

Viktor Banke, lawyer for the murder suspect 20-year-old, saw on the first day of the trial the prosecutors' key witness in the murder and that one can not rest a conviction on that person.

He believes that the key witness, among other things, should have been able to read to whom he should be able to point out via the media.

"Have not been to the crime scene"

Banke further explains that his client was also not present when the 25-year-old woman was shot to death.

- He has been to Luleå, he has sold drugs.

But he has not been to the crime scene.

Hear him further explain why his client is not guilty of murder in the video above.
