The corresponding order was signed by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

“The document includes 13 activities to be completed over the next two years.

First of all, it is planned to approve the route network of socially significant air transportation - passenger and cargo," the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers said in a statement.

A special interdepartmental commission will determine the list of landing sites that will need to be built or reconstructed in the region.

Once the list is approved, funding will be determined.

On November 26, Mishustin announced that the government had adopted a transport strategy until 2030 with a forecast for the period up to 2035.

According to the instruction of the head of state, it is important to ensure high connectivity and transport accessibility of the entire territory of the Russian Federation, including the Arctic zone and the Far East.
