One of the two DDPs arrested last Saturday for killing a 25-year-old man in Usera was
arrested last November by the National Police for being part of the plot that prostituted minors under
guardianship in protection centers of the Community of Madrid .
The alleged perpetrator of the crime is Sandy AC, 21 years old and yesterday was sent to prison by the judge for a crime of homicide, although this criminal classification is initial and could vary as the corresponding investigative steps are carried out in the framework of court instruction.
Last Saturday, National Police agents arrested Sandy when he was fleeing down a Usera bike lane after stabbing Diego López, a 25-year-old Colombian and sympathizer of the Trinitarians, to death in a park on San Mario Street.
A witness recognized him as one of the five people who injured the young man around 11:20 p.m.
He was carrying a knife and had several cuts on his hands and one arm.
When proceeding to their identification, they discovered that Sandy A. C. had already been arrested for his alleged involvement in the plot that sexually exploited minors and that he was released accused of an alleged crime of sexual abuse with penetration of a minor under 16 years of age, another for prostitution of minors and another against public health.
