Last year, it was Jane Birkin who was so celebrated.

This is not a year like the others for Jacques Dutronc, 78 years old.

He will tour for the first time with his son, Thomas, in a recital soberly baptized "Dutronc & Dutronc".

This show will start in April, with in particular two dates at the Casino de Paris, a passage at the Printemps de Bourges, before scouring summer festivals and theaters in France, Switzerland and Belgium, until the beginning of 2023.

"It's really better than making an appointment with his son at the Tuileries, there, it's good, throughout France (and neighboring countries), with witnesses of course", laughed recently Jacques Dutronc, questioned alongside his son by AFP.

What “triggered”, as Dutronc Junior sums it up, is that he and his father resume together “Le petit jardin”.

A Jacques Dutronc classic, for the enhanced reissue of "Frenchy", Thomas' hit album.

"I am very happy that it is happening now, before I would not have been ready", confided the son of the singer and Françoise Hardy.
