Security Ayuso asks for police searches to be carried out in nightclubs

Last Sunday night there was a
new violent event in Madrid
caused by Latin gangs.
A 19-year-old Paraguayan youth was stabbed in Ciudad Lineal by several
Dominican Don't Play
gang members after looking badly at one of them, according to the first police investigations.
The victim was
taken by Samur to the La Paz Hospital
with a 10-centimeter wound on the side caused by a machete.
The attack is being investigated by agents of the
Provincial Information Brigade
specialized in Latino gangs.
With this case there would be three incidents caused by Latino gangs and the fifth serious stabbing last weekend in the region.
Two other attacks by the DDP gang in the capital ended with the death of two sympathizers of the
Trinitarios gang:
a 15-year-old minor was stabbed to death in
Atocha
and a 25-year-old Colombian youth lost his life in the same way in
Usera.
This latest incident with Latino gangs happened on Sunday night at the confluence of
Calle de Nicolás Salmerón
with
Plaza de Alsacia,
in the
Ciudad Lineal district.
At around 10:45 p.m., the
National Police
agents received a notice of a young man possibly injured with a machete by a group of Dominicans who had escaped on electric scooters.
The agents went to the area and found an 18-year-old girl of Spanish nationality, along with her 20-year-old Paraguayan boyfriend and other boys.
The young Paraguayan was sitting on a bench and bleeding from a
stab wound to the side of about 10 centimeters.
The Samur transferred the wounded man to the hospital with a moderate prognosis.
At the scene of the attack, the wounded man's girlfriend said that several boys from the DDP gang had passed them.
One of the witnesses greeted several of them whom she knew by sight.
However, the Dominicans returned a few seconds later and
confronted the girl's boyfriend, claiming that he had given them a bad look.
The DDP gang members attacked the young man and one of them pulled out a knife and hit him in the side.
The aggressors then
fled on scooters with blue lights
in the direction of
Avenida de Guadalajara,
in the district of
San Blas.
The attackers were identified by one of those present, since he had belonged to that Latin gang of the Dominican Don't Play of
Simancas
and
García Noblejas.
Two of them had Afro hair and wore DDP hats and symbols.
The delegate councilor for Security and Emergencies of the Madrid City Council,
Inmaculada Sanz,
assured yesterday that the
Madrid Municipal Police
will help in the control of white weapons and has valuable information from the
Tutor Agents
to collaborate with the
State Security Forces and Bodies
in the fight against youth gangs.
“I have heard from the delegate that she is going to reorient and redesign the operation against gangs that began in December, so we will collaborate with them in all areas and the Municipal Police is collaborating ex officio with them in this matter, with their presence where it demands us, like this weekend, ”said the Councilor for Security.
Likewise, the
Movement Against Intolerance
called yesterday for the sale and purchase of knives and a youth violence prevention policy, among other measures to eradicate violent urban gangs, also known as Latino or youth gangs.
