The employer has developed an action plan, but Kommunal's chief safety representative does not see how the proposed measures will be able to solve the staffing problems.
One measure that has been taken is to reduce the number of care places.
Nevertheless, the chief safety representative writes: "The staff, still has a high workload and many have resigned and more will learn to do so if no change will take place".
