According to the diplomat, the issue of UN peacekeepers in Donbass is finally closed and is not discussed.

Earlier, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba said that official Kiev at meetings of all levels excludes the possibility of conducting a direct dialogue with the LPR and DPR, despite the fact that this is provided for by the Minsk agreements.

According to him, Kiev also excludes the possibility of granting Donbass a special status or veto power.
