Two months before the presidential election, the leader of the presidential majority Emmanuel Macron, not yet a candidate, is leading the race in the polls.
But tensions have arisen between the parties that support him.
To try to remedy this, the faithful of the Head of State appear together this Sunday, February 6 around round tables.

This conference in video, and without the press, is a communication operation.
The substance doesn't matter, what matters is the form.
Namely: the staging of the tinkering of the leaders of the presidential majority: former Prime Minister
Édouard Philippe
, the presidents of En Marche and Modem, Stanislas Guérini and François Bayrou, and then the President of the National Assembly, Richard Ferrand.
Reinstate Édouard Philippe
If they need to appear together this Sunday afternoon, it is to close a sequence of several weeks marked by estrangements, in particular around the attitude of the former Prime Minister Édouard Philippe.
He promised to be loyal to President Macron, but
he created his own party, Horizons.
And his desire to merge with another majority party has created tensions with Emmanuel Macron himself.
A minister recognizes it: this conference is only to "
reinstate Édouard Philippe, without saying
so ".
A respite before starting negotiations to decide on the nominations of the majority in the next legislative elections, which promise to be very difficult.
