Thursday, February 2, three burglars were caught in the act by the owner of the house where they had broken into, in the 5th arrondissement of Lyon.

Warned, the police intervened and found the suspects shortly after, on the Cours Gambetta (Lyon 3).

As the officers led them to the police station, one of the suspects insulted, threatened to kill and punched an officer, injuring him in the hand and lip.

Probably minor suspects

Once at the police station, the suspect kicked a policeman in the face, injuring his neck and causing a wound on his scalp.

The two assaulted police officers filed a complaint, and received an ITT of 4 days for one, 2 days for the other.

The owner of the house also filed a complaint.

His personal effects (telephone and multimedia equipment) were found on one of the suspects, who claimed to have found them.

The attacker of the police ended up partially recognizing the facts.

Probably minors, the three burglars were presented to the judge for children on February 4 as part of an opening of information.
