The Permanent Mission of Russia to the UN condemned the shelling of residential areas in the Donbass by the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Polyansky wrote about this on his Twitter.

“While the West continues its hype around allegedly possible plans of Russia to attack Ukraine, the Ukrainian army continues shelling residential areas, killing and maiming civilians, blatantly violating the Minsk agreements,” he said.

The diplomat also drew attention to the lack of response to these actions from the US Permanent Mission to the UN.

Earlier, Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov said that the eighth plane with 86 tons of ammunition from the United States had arrived at the Kiev airport.
