Ministers discussed a wide range of issues facing the US-UK-Australia partnership today.

In addition, the parties discussed security issues and the strengthening of a "free and open Indo-Pacific region."

Austin and Dutton reviewed the progress made within the AUKUS partnership and noted the importance of cooperation between AUKUS members and Japan.

They also reaffirmed Ukraine's support in the face of "Russian aggression" and the importance of protecting the world order.

Earlier, United States Secretary of State Anthony Blinken discussed with Polish Foreign Minister, OSCE Chairman-in-Office Zbigniew Rau the situation around Ukraine and security issues in Europe.
