On the fifth day of his trial before the Isère Assize Court, Nordahl Lelandais briefly returned to the murder of Maëlys of which he is accused.
The drama could, according to him, have been avoided if his companion, who was sleeping, had replied to one of his messages.

The young woman discreetly wipes her eyes with a handkerchief.
“I am accused of something crazy”
This is not the first time that Nordahl Lelandais holds her responsible.
