He stated this following the results of negotiations with the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and the head of the European Council Charles Michel via videoconference.

"Prime Minister Pashinyan emphasized the need for a long-term settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict under the co-chairmanship of the OSCE Minsk Group and the conclusion of a peace agreement," the Armenian government said in a statement to TASS.

Earlier, Pashinyan said that after meetings with Aliyev on November 26 in Sochi and on December 14 in Brussels, an opportunity arose for the gradual peaceful development of the Transcaucasian region.
