He noted that these words must be confirmed by actions.
The UN Security Council will hold a meeting on the situation around Ukraine on January 31, it is scheduled for 10:00 (18:00 Moscow time).
Earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that Moscow is not interested in a war.
