Spiegel: Germany expels Russian diplomat on suspicion of espionage

According to the publication, an employee of the Russian consulate in Munich was declared persona non grata.

The material says that the diplomat was allegedly an employee of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service.

He is connected with the case of Russian Ilnur N., who is suspected of spying on the territory of Germany in favor of Russia.

On January 27, it became known that the German Federal Prosecutor's Office brought charges against the Russian Ilnur N. in the case of espionage in favor of Russia.
