Ships of the Russian Black Sea Fleet conducted artillery firing in the Black Sea during the exercises

“The crews of the ships of the Black Sea Fleet carried out artillery firing at air and sea targets as part of a planned exercise conducted with the ship forces of the fleet in the Black Sea,” RIA Novosti reported.

Artillery firing was also carried out on floating mines and air targets.

It is noted that the frigate "Admiral Essen", the patrol ship "Ladny", missile boats "Naberezhnye Chelny" and "R-60" are involved in the exercises. 

Earlier it became known that a detachment of ships of the Russian Black Sea Fleet entered the Black Sea for exercises.
