Had an earpiece at a theory test for a driving license - charged with grossly false declaration

According to the indictment, the man had in connection with the test assured on honor and conscience that no unauthorized aids would be used, but despite that he had an earpiece.

The fact that the prosecutor considers the crime to be serious is due to the fact that the test result is the basis for the right to drive a vehicle - "something that requires special skill, attention and knowledge".

The man, however, denies the crime.

The case will now be decided in Nyköping District Court.
