The fire was reported to the Ministry of Emergency Situations at 21:10 Moscow time.
The hotel building was left by 17 people, there were no reports of casualties.
“Localization has not yet been given, because they are still fighting the flames, dismantling structures along the way, pouring water ... The roof caught fire over the entire area of the building - this is 790 squares, about 800,” Potvorova said in a comment to RIA Novosti.
Earlier it was reported that a fire broke out on a tanker in the Black Sea.
There were no casualties as a result of the incident, and no threat to the environment was recorded.
