However, 23% of employers believe that remote workers are required to disclose their place of work.

According to the survey, the most common reason for knowing the location is the need to visit the office from time to time.

Employers are also required to report the location for reasons of control and maintenance of labor discipline.

Teleworkers in the survey also confirmed that employers have become more serious about the work discipline of remote workers: 42% of remote workers report their place of work, 27% report their location on their own initiative, another 15% report their place of work at the request of the employer.

Earlier, analysts ranked the highest paid vacancies in Russian regions in January.
