In addition, the Palm Garden in the Saudi pavilion witnessed a workshop entitled “Sard Café”, which included valuable information on how to prepare Saudi coffee, through a detailed practical explanation, especially since the methods of preparing and preparing coffee differ in each region of the Kingdom.

The workshop provided a sufficient explanation about the various tastes of coffee, starting with coffee with light roasts, passing through the medium, and ending with the dark coffee, which is characteristic of the northern region of the Kingdom.

The workshop also included a detailed explanation about the journey of the fruits of the Saudi Khawlani coffee, and the processes of its preparation and processing, leading to its presentation in the Saudi cup of coffee.

On the sidelines of the workshop, different types and forms of “delivery” were presented according to regions, derived from the Saudi environment.
