He clarified that there are several formats for the supply of weapons: "bilateral supply - from Germany to Ukraine, the granting of permission by the FRG to a third country to transfer weapons to Ukraine and its consent to the purchase of weapons by Ukraine through the NATO system."
Earlier, The Wall Street Journal reported that the US administration allowed Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania to supply Ukraine with anti-tank and anti-aircraft systems manufactured by the United States Javelin and Stinger.
