During a conversation with Psaki, the journalist quoted the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov, who said that at present there was no threat of a “Russian offensive”, and also called for “not to sow panic”.

“No one can read the minds of President Putin or the Russian leadership… But we have seen that there are a number of preparations, including 100,000 troops on the border,” Psaki said.

She noted that the US continues to see "aggressive actions and preparations" on the border with Ukraine.

According to RIA Novosti, earlier the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov urged not to panic because of "a possible escalation on the country's border."

According to him, there is no evidence for this.

Also, the head of the National Security and Defense Council, Oleksiy Danilov, noted that Ukraine sees no reason to talk about plans for a “full-scale invasion” by Russia, since the movement of troops on the border has been recorded for a long time.
