The Frankfurt luxury hotel Villa Kennedy will close on April 1, 2022. This was announced by the hotel operator Rocco Forte Hotels in a press release on Tuesday afternoon.
Since opening in 2006, the hotel on Kennedyallee, with its 163 rooms, restaurants and conference rooms, has been one of the leading hotels in the city and in Germany.
Rocco Forte Hotels has agreed to terminate the lease agreement with the new owner.
According to the hotel operator, it is trying to enable the employees concerned to be transferred within the group.
The property ownership company Conren Land is currently examining various options for the future use of the building.
