The first episode where the Brazilian number 10 "opens up" his life to the public, in his own words, premiered on sports journalist Casimiro Miguel's Twitch channel, which has 1.6 million subscribers, and has reached 530,000 simultaneous spectators.

The highly anticipated production is divided into three parts and looks at the football career and personal life of 29-year-old Neymar.

The story traces his beginnings in football in a modest family in the state of Sao Paulo and his first victories at Santos, until his stardom in Europe, where he shone for FC Barcelona from 2013. and for Paris Saint-Germain from 2017.

Neymar, a controversial figure on and off the pitch, where he has been the subject of allegations of sexual abuse by several women, is hated as much as revered by football fans.

The series traces the many criticisms the striker has faced during his career.

"I get criticized a lot more than I deserve and sometimes it's hard. For family and inner circle, (I'm) the Batman of their lives, and for those who don't know (me) well, I'm the Joker," he said.

"I have confidence in myself, period," he adds.

His life as a father to 10-year-old Davi is also shown onscreen.

Just like his relationship with his father, from whom he inherited the name and who is the guardian of his image.

In an excerpt, Neymar's father says his son still has "seven or eight" years ahead of him before ending his career.

His current teammates Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappé also feature in the series, along with other stars such as Thiago Silva, Dani Alves and England's David Bekham.
