NATO Secretary General intends to tell Russia about the preservation of the principle of open doors of the alliance

He made the corresponding statement at a press conference following talks with the Foreign Ministers of Finland and Sweden.

“Russia insists on non-expansion of NATO to any country… Our message will be that the doors of NATO will remain open,” TASS quoted him as saying.

Earlier, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said that the United States will not compromise with Russia on the issue of open doors to NATO.
