“We have 129 diplomatic missions on the territory of Ukraine, four of them announced today that they are beginning to evacuate diplomats for security reasons,” Kuleba was quoted as saying by TASS.

According to him, "the rest of the diplomatic missions continue to work in full force, including members of the families of diplomats."

“There are no objective and real conditions.

I don’t want to reduce the situation and the level of threat, but everything must be done on time and thoughtfully,” the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry added.

Kuleba also stressed that Ukraine considers the decision to evacuate "premature".

The website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine reported that as of January 24, four states notified the agency of their intention to evacuate family members and part of the employees of their diplomatic missions or allow them to voluntarily leave Ukrainian territory: the United States, Great Britain, Australia and Germany.

Earlier, the head of EU diplomacy, Josep Borrell, said that the EU foreign ministers agreed on the issue that at the moment there is no need for any measures to evacuate employees from Ukraine.

The office of the President of Ukraine commented on the departure of employees of the embassies of a number of states from the country.
