Blinken took part in the meeting of the Foreign Ministers of the EU countries via video link

“US Secretary of State Blinken has just joined the meeting of EU foreign ministers via videoconference for an informal exchange of views on the security situation in Europe,” RIA Novosti quotes a message from the EU Council.

Earlier, the Foreign Ministers of the EU countries stated the need for a constructive dialogue with Russia within the framework of existing international mechanisms.
