According to him, "this is a very powerful signal that the Normandy format has finally been unlocked and it will take place in reality." 

Earlier, adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Mykhailo Podolyak said that a meeting of advisers to the leaders of the Normandy Four in Paris would take place on January 26.

Russia will be represented by Dmitry Kozak, deputy head of the presidential administration.
