Help the village to “promote its cultural heritage”

The lucky winner must be ready to begin his stay from June 30 and must commit to "welcome travelers and contribute to the life of the village" for at least nine months. The person selected must have a “thirst for adventure” and a “like to receive”. Airbnb has clarified that all revenue generated by hosting travelers can be retained by the host. To apply for this “dream job”, two conditions: be of legal age and speak fluent English.

The village of Sambuca has already made a name for itself in 2018 by offering houses for sale for a symbolic euro.

Airbnb then took the opportunity to acquire this building before completely restoring it.

Thanks to this operation, the elected officials hope to “boost tourism and attract new temporary residents”.

For its part, the accommodation rental platform hopes to help the village “promote its cultural heritage” and “rediscover its lively and lively atmosphere”.
