According to the Investigative Committee, on the morning of January 21, in one of the parks in Kolomna, a local resident with her sons of nine and four years old saw a dog without a collar and a muzzle.

“Believing that the dog could get lost, the woman began to photograph it.

After that, the dog began to behave aggressively, attacked and bit the youngest of the boys in the face area, ”the press service added.
