Ex-deputy of the Rada Muraev commented on the British statement about power in Ukraine

Muraev added that his family's assets in Russia are under arrest.

“Like the British intelligence services and the Foreign Office, this is combined with the fact that Russia allegedly wants to appoint me the head of the “occupation government,” he summed up.

Earlier, the British Foreign Office published an unsubstantiated statement that the Russian authorities intend to bring to governance in Ukraine a government loyal to Moscow, which allegedly could be headed by ex-deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Yevgeny Muraev.

The Russian Foreign Ministry called this statement by Britain disinformation.

Later, the White House expressed concern about British statements about Russia's plans for Ukraine.
