According to TASS, from 06:00 on Sunday morning (01:00 Moscow time), local residents (2.019 million people) are being tested for the presence of COVID-19 in the specified area.
In order to avoid the risk of the spread of coronavirus infection in the future, the authorities of the region intend to check 1,856 enterprises involved in the cold chain and 1,760 refrigerated warehouses.
Earlier, the Chinese authorities identified 72 patients with coronavirus among those who arrived at the Olympics in Beijing.
