has announced through her Instagram account that she and her partner, singer
Nick Jonas
, have become parents through a surrogate mother.
"We are delighted to confirm that we have had a baby through surrogacy," it announced.
Then, the actress asked for "privacy during this very special time" so that both can "focus on the family".

Although neither of them has advanced the sex of the baby, TMZ magazine has published that it would be a girl who would have been born on January 15.
The 39-year-old actress rose to fame for her work in Bollywood and for starring in the series 'Quantico' and is currently promoting the movie 'Matrix Resurrections'.
Her wedding to Jonas took place in 2018, when they arranged a several-day wedding and were married in Catholic and Hindu rites.
