“On January 22, 2022, the Zheleznodorozhny District Court of Krasnoyarsk issued a decision on a measure of restraint for two teenage schoolchildren born in 2004, suspected of committing a crime under Part 3 of Art.
207 of the Criminal Code.
A measure was chosen for teenagers in the form of detention for a period of one month and one day until February 23, 2022, ”RIA Novosti quotes the press service of the court.
Earlier it was reported that in Krasnoyarsk on January 18, students and workers were evacuated from 122 schools in connection with the receipt of false reports about the mining of educational institutions.
For each fact of false reports about mining, criminal cases were initiated under Art.
207 of the Criminal Code of Russia.
