Yemen.. "Coalition" destroys weapons depots and workshops of Houthi rallies in Hodeidah, Sana'a and Al-Bayda

The fighters of the Arab coalition to support legitimacy in Yemen destroyed a modern weapons depot that includes missiles, drones and tactical weapons that were recently transferred through the port of Hodeidah to warehouses and hangars for storage near the Hodeidah stadium, and the communications building in the city of Hodeidah.

The Arab coalition confirmed that the coalition fighters targeted one of the hideouts of the elements of maritime piracy and organized crime that threaten international navigation in the Red Sea and Bab al-Mandab. The raids also targeted a Houthi weapons store in the vicinity of the Naval College.

The coalition fighters had destroyed weapons depots, missile platforms and drones in the vicinity of the Rescue Camp, the Republican Palace, on Al-Nakhil Street, and the vicinity of the Water Corporation on Musa Street, in the city of Hodeidah, according to local sources, confirming the killing of more than 22 Houthis, including Yemeni and foreign missile experts and marches.

The coalition had announced the start of precision air strikes to destroy the capabilities of the Houthi militia in Hodeidah on the western coast, noting that the port of Hodeidah had turned into a source of threat to the freedom of maritime navigation.

The coalition clarified that the terrorist Houthi militia used the Stockholm Agreement as an umbrella to protect the symbols of threatening freedom of maritime navigation, and turned the port of Hodeidah into the artery for smuggling weapons coming from abroad.

For his part, the spokesman for the joint forces on the West Coast, Wadah Al-Dubaish, confirmed in a statement to "Emirates Today", the continued flow of weapons to militias through the ports of Saleef and Hodeidah, which is considered a violation of United Nations resolutions.

He pointed out that the militias chose to escalate after targeting civilians in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia recently, and the coalition and Yemeni forces should give them the appropriate response embodied in military resolution, pointing out that the militias are a tool of a third party that moves them however they want and at any time to implement its agenda and projects.

Al-Dubaish explained that the Stockholm Agreement came to protect the Houthis, who were around the corner from a military defeat in Hodeidah, and today it threatens not only the security of the countries in the region, but Arab and international national security in general, due to its proximity to the waterways in the Red Sea and Bab al-Mandab.

On the other hand, the Houthi militia took advantage of the coalition raids to cut off the internet and international communications in large parts of Yemen, as local residents in several areas of Yemen confirmed that the internet and international communications were completely cut off from large areas of Yemen.

In a statement, the Arab coalition indicated that the interim goals of the "Happy Freedom of Yemen" process are being achieved, and it is proceeding in accordance with the local plans and programs prepared for it.

The coalition fighters continued to target warehouses, marches’ workshops, and Houthi militia sites in the capital, Sana’a, affecting the south and north of the city, one of which destroyed a strategic weapons store in the south of the city. The raids also targeted Al-Nahdeen Camp in the presidential house and the air base in the vicinity of Sanaa Airport.

The coalition had called on civilians in Sanaa to stay away from Houthi camps and gatherings, and they should evacuate any site under the control of militias used for military purposes.

In Amran, north of Sanaa, the coalition raids destroyed a weapons depot and an observation room for Houthi marches in the Khaiwan area of ​​Harf Sufyan District, leaving six Houthis dead, including two experts.

In Marib, the Yemeni army forces and tribes, backed by the Arab coalition, continued their combat operations in the southern axis of the city, during which they were able to get very close to the Umm Rish camp, whose liberation became a matter of time, according to field sources, stressing that the forces began bombing the Houthis inside the camp with different bullets.

Today, Friday, the Yemeni forces thwarted several attacks on several sides of the governorate, and inflicted heavy losses on the militias in equipment and supplies.

For his part, the Governor of Marib Sultan Al-Arada confirmed that the various fronts in Yemen are witnessing a shift in favor of the legitimate forces, pointing to the recent strong victories in southern Marib. The Arab, whose air operations constituted the first line to defend the city of Ma'rib.

In Al-Bayda, the coalition fighters destroyed Houthi ballistic missile launchers in Al-Soma’a district, and a weapons store in Al-Malajim, which led to their complete destruction.

The militias had booby-trapped the roads linking Al-Bayda and each of the governorates of Lahj from the Yafa’ side, Abyan from the Aqabat Al-Mahhal area in Mukiras, and Al-Dhalea from the Maris-Damt side, in the fear that the joint forces would launch a military operation towards the governorate from several axes.
