Agents of the National Police are investigating the discovery of the body of a
40-year-old woman buried in a plot of land in the municipality of the Valencian town of Alzira
, sources from the investigation have confirmed to Europa Press.
The lifeless body of this woman, of
American nationality and Russian origin
, has appeared this Friday, around 3:00 p.m., in an area near the University Hospital of La Ribera.
The National Police investigates the facts and tries to find out the identity of the victim.
The investigation has been declared secret.
As reported by laSexta, it would be a woman who would have been
murdered by her partner, who has fled to the United States
, and was last seen on December 25 in Sotogrande (Cádiz), where she had traveled by road with her husband from Italy.
A friend of the victim reported her disappearance at the Abastos police station (València) on January 9.
