Negotiations between Lavrov and Blinken begin in Geneva

During the meeting, the parties are expected to discuss proposals for security guarantees.

Earlier, Blinken said he did not expect big breakthroughs following the meeting with Lavrov.

On the evening of January 20, Lavrov arrived in Geneva for talks with Blinken.
