Catarina Nilsson in Eslöv and Henrik Larm in Bjärred both hired Lomma garden, which is now called MSA Service Entreprenad Skötsel, for garden work last year.

At Henrik Larm, the company abandoned the work before it was completed.

In addition to the 37,000 that Henrik Larm had already paid in advance, Lomma Garden received another 19,000 in box deductions.

"Received two threatening letters"

But after Henrik Larm called the Swedish Tax Agency and told him what had happened, Lomma garden received SEK 15,800 in recovery.

With Catarina Nilsson, the company did not even start the job, but they still wanted SEK 1,800 from the Swedish Tax Agency.

After the Swedish Tax Agency stopped the payment, Catarina Nilsson received an unpleasant surprise in the mailbox.

- I received two letters where they threaten to take me to a Swedish court if I do not pay, says Cataria Nilsson.

Requested money

The letters state: "Since, according to the Swedish Tax Agency's assessment, you have been denied RUT / ROT, we request the remaining money that has not been received by us" and that they should otherwise "bring an action in Swedish court".

- I got angry when I received the letters, because I think they are threatening letters, says Catarina Nilsson.

SVT has searched Lomma garden for a comment, but received no answer.
