It is a several-year-old dispute that has now flared up again when Anita Gimvall in Perstorp, Storuman, built a new hut in the same place where the previous one was set on fire by the authority.
The County Administrative Board says that she completely lacks a permit for the construction.
Anita invokes the tradition of ancient times when her ancestors had a horn on the spot.
