“Russia will not be able to defeat Ukraine with brute force, but it is trying to harm us with insidious methods, undermining us from the inside, sowing panic, damaging our economy,” Kuleba was quoted as saying by UNIAN.
According to him, Russia "deliberately" launches signals to make Ukrainians panic.
The Foreign Minister urged "not to believe in intimidation."
Earlier, Kuleba said that Kiev was not planning any offensive actions.
The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, said that the military assistance provided by the West in Ukraine is perceived as carte blanche for the operation in the Donbass.
