“The government has decided that compulsory vaccination against coronavirus will not be introduced in the republic for any population groups or representatives of certain professions,” Fiala quoted RIA Novosti as saying.

He noted that the authorities still consider vaccination an effective way to fight the pandemic and encourage everyone to get vaccinated.

Fiala said on January 1 that inflation, rising electricity prices and the coronavirus pandemic are the main challenges for the Czech Republic in 2022.
