According to him, Russian President Vladimir Putin demanded the implementation of two points: the first - Ukraine does not join NATO, the second - there will be no strategic weapons in Ukraine.
“We can work out something on the second point,” RIA Novosti quotes Biden as saying at a press conference.
Earlier, Biden said that the likelihood of Ukraine joining NATO in the near future is low.
