Players from HV71 ready for the Olympic squad

The national team captain Ulf Lundberg presented the Swedish women's squad for the Olympics at lunchtime on Wednesday.

HV players Hanna Olsson, Felizia Wikner-Zienkiewicz and Ebba Berglund are in the squad as well as HV-educated Sara Hjalmarsson who today plays for Providence College in the USA.

- A big hockey party is ahead of us and we will make sure to find all possible positive energy, despite very special times.

This group is very strong together and we like to beat inferiority, says Ulf Lundberg, national team captain for Damkronorna in a press release.

The squad gathers already this weekend in Ängelholm for a training camp and then plays the first Olympic match against Japan on February 3rd.
