A Sudanese military source told Al-Jazeera that an Israeli security delegation had arrived in Khartoum, on a visit in coordination with the second commander of the Rapid Support Forces, Lieutenant-General Abdel Rahim Hamdan Daglo, who was receiving the delegation.
The Israel Broadcasting Corporation confirmed the news of the visit of the Israeli delegation, which had not been announced in advance, but did not give any details about its mission.
She also said that the plane of the Israeli delegation stopped in Sharm el-Sheikh before arriving in Khartoum, noting that the delegation will return to Tel Aviv this evening.
